Since I am trying to build up my mileage, I kept this one pretty casual. I ran on the treadmill, warming up for a minute or two just over a 10:00 min/ mile pace, then settled in at 10:00 min/ mile pace for a couple of miles eventually moving up to a 9:30 min/ mile pace by the last mile. After my run, I joined the Group Power class as the gym, which is weightlifting utilizing a barbell as well as free weights. |
